I'm Kirti, the creator behind the ceramics you see at Kirti Sheoran Studio. 

Mom to two active boys, married to my childhood best friend, a former financial professional and now a Ceramic Artist. This is the gist of my life in one sentence and it is anything but torpid.  

I have always loved ceramics and started working with clay in January of 2020. After I completed my first semester at New Jersey’s Visual Arts Center, I knew that it was not just a hobby anymore. It had turned into a passion and I could not keep my hands off of clay. It’s the best form of manicure that this girl could ask for.  

In 2024, after 18 years of navigating the fast-paced world of finance, I officially traded spreadsheets for sculpting tools and pursued entrepreneurship as a full-time ceramic artist. It’s the most thrilling, scary and boldest decision I’ve made!  

The feeling of creating something special from a mere ball of clay is just priceless. I enjoy designing sculptural statement pieces, each with their own unique identity. Every creation is thoughtfully crafted to bring character and personality to a space, making any room feel truly special and one-of-kind.  

I’m a big foodie who loves to cook and that has drawn me towards functional ceramics as well. For me, a table full of yummy goodness, surrounded by friends & family is the most beautiful and fulfilling form of happiness. Every piece I design, I envision it being passed around in a room full of laughter and joy.
